A business earns the GreenFusta Verified badge only after completing our verification process — identity, business and document checks. Verification does not guarantee a transaction, product quality or future performance.
How to identify verified businesses
Verified businesses show a "GreenFusta Verified" badge in gold. If a business has not completed verification, it will show "Not yet verified".
How to report a business
If you notice suspicious behaviour or misleading information, use the "Report Business" option on the business profile. Our team reviews reports and takes appropriate action.
Safe communication practices
Keep conversations on GreenFusta where possible. Be cautious of businesses that pressure you to move off-platform or request unusual payment methods.
